Monday 14th July, 2014.....the guides barbecued us wart hog steak last night....white meat and tasted gamey....this morning we went to Kei Mouth, a sleepy little beach side resort in winter, as it is here now, on the Indian Ocean....Michael and I walked the beach then went into the shops and one of the resorts right on the water and talked to the locals...then climbed to a look out point then walked back to Benmore Lodge where we are staying which is about 8 kms from the ocean....the guides did lunch and then took everyone back to the beach.....we have opted for a catch up on the internet but the signal is so weak here we've had to opt for word only and we will have to send photos from Cape Town....on the road again for another long day tomorrow but it has been nice to have another day out of the truck, some sea air and sunshine, much warmer here than in the Drakensberg Mountains.....M & F
